Request a deposit or payment online
The problem
When a customer was ready to pay before work began, arranging payment could add another call or in-person step.
What’s better
Request a deposit or the full amount from a job. The customer receives a secure payment link and can pay online before the work starts.
How to use it
In the mobile app, open the customer's approved estimate from the job.
Choose Request payment, then select a deposit or the full amount.
Send the request by email. The customer opens the link and completes payment online.
Check the job's payment details to see the request and recorded payment.
