Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of JobtoPaid, a service owned and operated by Peugh Digital LLC. By accessing or using JobtoPaid, you agree to these Terms.

Who May Use JobtoPaid

JobtoPaid is built for home service businesses. By using JobtoPaid, you confirm that you are using the service for business purposes and that you have authority to act for the business account you create or manage.

Your Account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping login credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You agree to provide accurate account, billing, and business information and to keep it up to date.

Use of the Service

You may use JobtoPaid only for lawful business purposes. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access data that does not belong to you, send unlawful or abusive communications, or use the service in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

You are responsible for the information, messages, files, and other content you or your users submit to JobtoPaid.

Customer, Employee, and Call Data

JobtoPaid may help you manage leads, customers, calls, SMS messages, employee time tracking, and employee location tracking. You are responsible for giving any legally required notices and getting any legally required permissions from your customers, callers, employees, contractors, and other users.

You are responsible for using call recording, SMS, employee monitoring, and marketing features in compliance with the laws that apply to your business.

Payments, Billing, and Cancellations

JobtoPaid is a paid business service. Fees, billing schedules, cancellation terms, and refund terms may be described in an order form, statement of work, subscription agreement, invoice, or other written agreement between you and Peugh Digital LLC.

You authorize us and our payment providers to process charges for amounts you owe. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once paid.

Third-Party Services

JobtoPaid may connect with third-party services such as payment processors, communications providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and other tools. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

SMS Messaging Program Terms

By opting into SMS messaging from JobtoPaid (a service of Peugh Digital LLC), you agree to the following terms:

Program Description: Messages are sent to provide account updates, support, and marketing notifications related to JobtoPaid services.

Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on user interaction and account activity.

Pricing: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or contact our support team directly at support@jobtopaid.com.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using JobtoPaid, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Service Changes and Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of JobtoPaid from time to time. We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Intellectual Property

Peugh Digital LLC owns JobtoPaid, including the software, design, branding, and related materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership of JobtoPaid to you.

You keep ownership of the business data and content you submit to JobtoPaid. You allow us to use that data and content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Disclaimer

JobtoPaid is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Peugh Digital LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to JobtoPaid will not exceed the amount you paid to Peugh Digital LLC for JobtoPaid during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Peugh Digital LLC harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses that arise from your use of JobtoPaid, your content or data, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use of JobtoPaid after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
