No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Some JobtoPaid features allow home service businesses to track employee time and job-related location activity. We process this information to provide the service to the business customer, support job operations, maintain records, and help with account administration.
Business customers are responsible for giving any required notices and getting any required permissions from their employees before using employee tracking features.
Call Recordings and Transcripts
JobtoPaid may process call recordings and transcripts when call tracking, customer support, sales, or lead management features are used. These records help businesses respond to leads, manage customer relationships, improve service quality, and maintain account history.
Business customers are responsible for complying with call recording notice and consent laws that apply to their business and their callers.
