Let customers approve an estimate online
The problem
An estimate could wait on a printed form or another in-person visit before the customer could approve it.
What’s better
Send a preliminary estimate by email so the customer can review the options and approve one online with their name and signature. The approval is recorded with the estimate.
How to use it
Open the customer's lead or job in Job to Paid and prepare a preliminary estimate.
Send the estimate by email. The customer can open the private link without creating an account.
The customer reviews the estimate, chooses an option when there is more than one, and signs to approve.
Return to the lead or job to see the online approval recorded.
